The company N. GIAKOUMOGLOU SONS was established in 1984 as the continuation of a family enterprise with a history of more than 30 years. The company became active in the field of constructions reconstructing in proprietary building grounds with the system of exchange. Since 1991 the company has expanded its activities to the field of imports, exports and wholesale distribution of electrical and plumbing equipment. The company GIAKOUMOGLOU BROS GENERAL PARTNERSHIP was established in 2000 as a subsidiary, with activities only in constructions.

 The company's owners are
Giakoumoglou Theodore, Civil Engineer graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Giakoumoglou George, Electrical Engineer graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
and Giakoumoglou Basil, Mechanical Engineer graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.


    The company has an independent study office, fully computerized with highly specialized design, static and electrical engineering programs. The company also has a team of external associates including architects, engineers and decorators. The building entrances are always highly aesthetic with aligned marble coatings, mirrors and appropriate lighting.

   

    We intend to respond in a reliable manner to the increasing technological demands of the 21st century in the field of constructions.

 

 


     The buildings are designed by Giakoumoglou Theodore, civil engineer, who takes advantage of the principles of the planning regulations (exhausting building factor, social factor, semi-outdoor areas, balconies) and always comes up with the best possible solutions in terms of aesthetics and functionality. He is also the engineer in charge and inspector of the statics  and guarantees to our customers safe antiseismic constructions.

   Giakoumoglou Basil is in charge of the company's business section and makes sure after a thorough technical and economic market research that all the materials, which will be used in the constructions, are of certified quality.

 The company N. GIAKOUMOGLOU SONS is the major supplier of equipment of electrical mechanical applications, sanitary and heating articles, tiles etc.

 The company N. GIAKOUMOGLOU SONS will be operating by 2002 on an ISO 9001 quality certificate.

Electrical and mechanical planning and installation are made under the supervision of Giakoumoglou George, Electrical Engineer. By putting particular importance and care on insulation - especially water tight insulations we achieve economy and functionality of the plumbing installations, in order to satisfy the needs of a modern household and avoid the usual problems of heating, autonomy and warmth. Elevator safety is a primary preoccupation along with safety and confidence of movement.
